Then UFW Stretch&Relax is definitely the answer! We've created the ultimate yoga program specially for martial art practitioners. But also if you are not practicing martial arts, it is an easy to follow class to stretch and get fully relaxed in just 25 minutes.

 

The class is built in 7 phases:

  1. Physical Consciousness

  2. Warming Up

  3. Wake Up Stretch

  4. Balance Stretch

  5. Floor Stretches

  6. Relaxation

  7. Affirmation Meditation
